Instructions
Twice daily, apply to dry face and eyes with a cotton pad or with fingertips, gently in a circular motion. Remove excess with the Gentle Toner. Finish with a fine mist of Thermal Spring Water.PRO TIP: Occasional tingling and tightening may occur.Ingredients
